Bump, Birth & Beyond Cork is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Personal Responsibility By choosing to practice with Bump, Birth & Beyond Cork, whether that is online or in-person you are agreeing to the following. You understand that there is an  inherent risk of injury, by participating in any form of exercise and that includes our yoga and movement classes. You understand that there is no obligation to do everything that is suggested by Linda, especially if it causes you any discomfort or pain. We encourage you to really move at your own pace and listen to your body. You acknowledge and represent that: To the best of your knowledge, you suffer from no medical or physical condition or disability that will or might increase the normal risks associated with exercise; (and/or) Your doctor has approved your participation in our yoga classes, in-person or online. You hereby forever waive and release Bump, Birth & Beyond Cork any and all liability and responsibility from injury, accident, illness, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from your participation in any yoga videos or activities. You understand that Bump, Birth & Beyond Cork is not providing medical care via online videos or in-person classes Bump, Birth & Beyond Cork accepts no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal property during their attendance at the studio. Class Booking Bump, Birth & Beyond Cork reserves the right to refuse admission for any classes, workshops or access to the online studio. Students must be 18 years or over to attend general classes and workshops unless otherwise specified. Students age 16-18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Students must arrive and check in no later than 5 minutes before class start time. Places may be given to wait-listed students or walk in’s after this time. Bump, Birth & Beyond Cork allows students to cancel classes up to 24 hours before, if you have an emergency or medical condition, please email or text your teacher and let them know. Cancellation Policy Studio We have limited space at our studio, It’s not fair to us or anyone on our waiting lists if you book a class and don’t show up. If your class or workshop is not cancelled within the specified time it does not give us time to fill your place so no refunds will be issued. All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should Bump, Birth & Beyond Cork have to cancel a class, a full refund will be offered for Single Class Pass. For multiple Class Passes, the cancelled class will be restored to the account. Refund Policy Class Passes, Gift Cards and Memberships cannot be refunded
